Weighted Medicine Ball
It's a great work out if you're trying to target your core muscles. I'd advise that this 30lb ball is considerly more difficult to handle tan you'd expect.

It would be even better if I had the 15Lb also! Hahaha! So far I'm killing it with the 20 and 30 lb. Balls! I've implemented them both into my Leg routine and Abs routine!
