Orders + Shipping
All orders receive an email confirming your purchase. If you use a Hotmail, AOL, or .edu email address, please check your spam folder or contact us to change your email address on your order. We'd be happy to make the necessary adjustments so you get your notifications! If you use a gmail, please check your spam folder or the or category tab "Promotions", as our emails often end up there.
You will also receive an email with tracking information as soon as your items are packed and ready to ship.
All orders leave our facility in Indiana or California depending on your shipping address within 1-2 business days. For full details and where we are able to ship to, see more here.
Yes, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and the requested changes so we can update it before the shipping team packs your order. They are quick! We cannot make changes after your order has shipped, but we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes, if you need to cancel your order, we can accommodate you as long as the order has not shipped yet. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly but we will do our very best to help you!

We allow customers to pre-order any item that we are working hard to re-stock. Pre-orders allow you to reserve an item and hold your place in line when the inventory becomes available, as we ship in order of purchase date to be fair to all customers. Any pre-ordered item needs to be paid for upfront, but you have the option to cancel for a full refund at any point before your order is shipped. All dumbbells are indeed sold as pairs. Depending on the size you ordered, we may ship in separate boxes to better distribute the weight while shipping.
You can check the status of all the boxes in the shipment be selecting the link "1 of X Piece Shipment" on the tracking page on UPS.com. If you see a delivery exception that we should be aware of, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and we will be happy to intervene and see to it that your product is delivered.

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original
payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
